* Faction/Business Idea (What you do):

The San Andreas States Secret Service is a federal law enforcement agency with headquarters in Los Santos, and more offices throughout the San Andreas States and abroad.  The agency is mandated by Congress to carry out dual missions: protection of national and visiting foreign leaders, and criminal investigations.

The Secret Service is authorized by law to protect:
* The president, the vice president.
* The immediate families of the above individuals
* Former presidents and their spouses for their lifetimes .
* Visiting heads of foreign states or governments and their spouses traveling with them, other distinguished foreign visitors to the United States, and official representatives of the United States performing special missions abroad
* Major presidential and vice presidential candidates, and their spouses within 120 days of a general presidential election
* Other individuals as designated per Executive Order of the President.
* National Special Security Events, when designated as such by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security .
   
Investigative Mission
*Fake money.
*Protect the nation?s financial infrastructure by reducing losses due
to counterfeit currency, financial and electronic crimes and identity
theft.
*Embezzlements and Frauds.

Other missions:
Investigate thefts, assaults, ****, and murders.

*Hiring process:
At a minimum, a prospective agent must be a S.A. Citizen, possess a current valid driver's license and be between the ages of 21 and 37 at the time of appointment.

* Why you should be accepted
I think that the SS is a useful faction and also SS duties are not the same as FBI's and LSPD's duties .
And no one else was talking about leading the SS faction.

* Roleplay Story (As in History)

The Secret Service Division was created on July 5, 1865 in Los Santos., to suppress counterfeit currency.
Secret Service responsibilities were broadened to include "detecting persons perpetrating frauds against the government." This appropriation resulted in investigations into the Ku Klux Klan, non-conforming distillers, smugglers, mail robbers, land frauds, and a number of other infractions against the federal laws.

The information was taken from the SS site , Wiki and from my own knowledge ,, I've roleplayed in SS before and I've got some experience as a SS agent.
If you feel that the SS is not useful so Ill chage it to FBI , ( got more experience as an FBI agent but I prefer the SS )

((Nothing personal, but I can't see how this will work out. The Secret Service is, in real life, an organization ran by the Government. In-game you're a citizen of Los Santos, and at this point not a part of the Government. I believe both the SS and the FBI (most likely we'll only need one..) should be ran entirely by the Government.

So I assume you should rather make an application to become head leader of the FBI/SS whenever the server is up ! But by all means, a good application.))

Well yeah , it can only work out if well have a Governor , it's more to protect him against terror.

((Well, yeah - SS would be important if there is a large amount of players, and a town Mayor/Governor, however I believe that the SS and FBI should still only be ran by the Government. I have yet to see security crews owned by private organzations lead the Prime Minister of Norway through the streets. All security personel is "owned" by the Government, at least here.))

How will you choose leaders to factions such as EMS and SS etc.. ?
Cause you rly can't do elections for secret service's leader it's not like elections for the mayor.

(( Let's clear something up: we wouldn't need a SS when the server player-base is low. It might be a problem to fill up all the official factions like LSPD, SAES, etc. Your effort is appreciated, but no support.))
