I've got some ideas for the forum as well, as it's quite important to mke the forum "IC" as well!
The forum should be split into several parts. My main idea is to have a strong IC category with a lot of "governmental" subforums, as I believe this increases the level of roleplay and "realism" . This is just an unfinished idea that I've had:

- OOC information from staff

• - Announcements
• - Suggestions
• - Questions
• - FAQ

- IC stuff

• - Character Stories
• - Governmental stuff
• • - Land applications
• • - Firearm applications
• • - Company Related
• • • - Company registration applications
• • • - Company official loans
• • • - Company headquarter application
