Proposed Experience System

Most of you have played The Godfather gamemode or a ripoff of it and know how the level system works in those gamemodes. You have to be a certain level to do certain things and buy certain stuff. Well Karl and I had a talk about this because I had a idea to go on a different path from this "level" system.

Experience System:
  • Will not affect what you can buy or can not buy.
  • It can, however, determine if you can run for office or lead a public faction(think LSPD)
  • It can also determine which jobs you can take(think CEO/Managers)
  • Every paycheck you build +1 experience.
  • In 1.0, it will only be loosely used, but will be integrated more in later versions.

What do you, the community, think of this system as opposed to the overused and unreal level system of GF?
