Even though I'm not an admin here, I would have found it totally inappropriate if  the admin team already now started hiring people for leading positions in FBI/LSPD etc., as no one knows anything about eachothers roleplay-skills yet.
I believe we should wait till  the server has opened 24/7, and RP for a while, and then find  the most appropriate leaders for these factions, as they require a large amount of RP skills, as well as social skills.
