Yeah, I get that you've used a lot of time on this server and such, so I understand that you want your factions.
It's just that I've been to so many servers the last 3-4 years where the admins have taken all the best villas and HQ places before the rest of the players have had a chance to buy the villas or HQs, which still is unfair towards the actual players.

I understand what you mean. Don't worry about that. We got it cleared up and we both won't have official factions. I am going to follow the approval process and when I have completed all of it, then approve it. Same goes for other admins/players.
